OneBasket is an events based system, and has been designed to integrate with external MarTech tooling, such as CDPs, CEPs and personalisation platforms.

The ability to use and send data into these systems comes out of the box, including:

  • Updating data in the Customer Data Platform to improve user profiling / segmentation
  • Send emails and push notifications in reactions to events in the systetm (ticket forwarded / recalled, order updated, etc)
  • Push products and user data into personalisation systems in order to improve ability to recommend products based on content affinities and segmentation.
